- Support pre-opening activities, including setup of receiving area, inventory systems, and vendor delivery schedules.
- Inspect and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and specifications.
- Accurately record all received items and ensure proper storage and documentation.
- Communicate with Purchasing and operational teams regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and quality concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving dock and storage areas.
- Assist in stock rotation, labeling, and inventory counts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support inventory control and proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Previous experience in receiving, inventory, or storekeeping roles within luxury hospitality or similar environments, ideally in a pre-opening setting.
- Basic understanding of procurement and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle goods safely.
- Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
