- Develop and implement business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage account planning and ensure collaboration between vendor Account Managers (AMs) and internal sales teams.
- Research and identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Design growth strategies focused on revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver tailored solutions by understanding client-specific requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Build long-term partnerships to support sustained business growth.
- Lead marketing initiatives to boost lead generation and market penetration.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and close deals.
- Collaborate with technology partners to stay updated on products and innovations.
- Provide ongoing product and solution training to sales and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with vendor partnership requirements through effective knowledge sharing.
- Identify customer challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Required: 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales, with proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience in business development, ideally within technology, services, or B2B sectors.
