Job Title: Mechanical Construction Engineer (Saudi National - Trainee)Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Joiners PreferredReporting To: MEP Construction Manager / Project ManagerSaudization: In line with the Kingdom's Saudization policy, prioritization will be given to Saudi nationalsPosition Overview:We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction Engineer (Saudi National - Trainee) to support the construction and installation activities of Mechanical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring daily site Mechanical activities and subcontractor progress.
Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve site conflicts.
Ensure execution aligns with project drawings and approved materials.
Support the documentation process including WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, and daily reports.

Tasks to Be Performed

Review and interpret Mechanical drawings and specifications.
Monitor and report site progress.
Liaise with procurement for material requirements.
Conduct inspections in coordination with QA/QC.
Support project handover process and punch list clearance.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Trainee)
✅ 2–3 years of relevant mechanical construction or installation experience.
✅ Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
✅Good in AutoCAD and capable of interpreting Mechanical drawings.
✅Good English Language skills – verbal and written.
✅Ability to prepare site documentation and reports.
✅Saudi nationals will be prioritized.
