Area Operations Supervisor

• Supervise on-site employees assigned to various locations within the designated area.
• Ensure attendance, compliance with work schedules, and professional conduct of deployed staff.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
• Liaise with clients to address service needs and maintain strong working relationships.
• Submit daily and weekly reports on performance, attendance, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with operations, HR, and recruitment teams to meet client demands.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field supervision or manpower deployment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage and monitor a large workforce across multiple client sites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
• Flexibility to travel within assigned areas and be on-call when needed
• Familiarity with basic HR procedures and labor compliance standards
• Background in maintenance services or property management is an advantage
• Professional appearance and client-facing etiquette
