- Oversee daily FOH & BOH operations in line with SOPs and hygiene standards
- Ensure smooth restaurant opening and closing procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service quality
- Monitor inventory, waste, and cost control to meet budget targets
- Coordinate with procurement and kitchen on stock, quality, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams
- Prepare weekly schedules and manage staffing needs
- Conduct team briefings, evaluations, and performance appraisals
- Coordinate with HR on hiring, training, leaves, and disciplinary actions
- Assist in preparing and managing the annual budget
- Monitor daily sales reports, guest checks, and discounts
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and cash handling policies
- Maximize profitability through upselling and portion control
- Monitor guest satisfaction and act on feedback
- Ensure timely and professional service from arrival to departure
- Anticipate guest needs and build lasting relationships with VIP clientele
- Complete daily reports and submit monthly operational reviews
- Maintain proper communication with senior management on goals and challenges
- Ensure accurate documentation of schedules, incidents, and reports
