- Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with inventory control and notify supervisors of shortages.
- Receive and store deliveries properly.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
