We are looking for a Product Sales Supervisor FMCG (Modern Trade) with at least 5 years of strong experience in the Saudi market, specifically handling supermarkets, hypermarkets, and distributor networks. The role is responsible for supervising sales teams, managing key accounts, and ensuring effective product distribution across Modern Trade channels. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Modern Trade operations, including promotions, listings, planograms, and pricing strategies. This position plays a critical role in driving sales performance, market coverage, and brand visibility while maintaining optimal stock levels and competitive positioning.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise FMCG sales teams within Modern Trade channels
- Handle key accounts with major supermarkets and distributors in Saudi Arabia
- Ensure proper stock availability, distribution efficiency, and shelf presence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Support sales forecasting, promotions, and performance tracking
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Saudi FMCG market (Modern Trade)
- Proven ability to manage sales teams and key accounts
- Hands-on experience in stock control, distribution, and competitor pricing
- Specialized knowledge of Modern Trade channels
- Nationalities: Arabic, Indian, or Pakistani
