- Strong knowledge of data backup, restoration, and recovery processes.
- Experience in Storage, Backup and strong Linux skills.
- Experience with storage performance monitoring and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with data management best practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze data storage requirements and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Storage+, Certified Storage Networking Expert) are a plus.
