- Prepare technical reports and recommendations

- Participate in emergency preparedness and safety initiatives
- Promote adherence to international best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering
- PE license or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 5 years of geotechnical experience in mining or tailings management
- Experience with geotechnical analysis software and international guidelines
- Knowledge of dam safety, slope stability, and embankment monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical writing and reporting abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship
- Team-oriented with coordination skills
