- Lead large-scale, complex SAP programs from planning through execution and post-go-live support.
- Manage cross-functional teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore) of 100+ resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead SAP technical upgrades, digital transformation, and cloud migration programs.
- Monitor and manage program risks, resources, and quality gates.
- Provide thought leadership and advisory across the SAP product suite (ECC, S/4HANA, BI, FSCD, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Engage in solution design workshops, business blueprinting, and architecture definition.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP architecture and system designs.
- Work closely with sales teams to drive SAP opportunities across the Middle East, Europe, and APAC.
- Build winning proposals, RFPs, and conduct client presentations and PoCs.
- Manage alliances with SAP and third-party vendors to support go-to-market strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
- Build long-term relationships and drive account growth through value-added SAP solutions.
- Engage with client governance boards and steering committees.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Hybris, SAP FSCD, and BI.
- Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Banking.
- Proficient in SAP Activate Methodology and project management standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business/IT
- SAP Certification(s)
- PMP or other relevant project management certification
- Experience with digital transformation and cloud-based SAP deployments
- Exposure to ISO quality and audit systems.
- Experience in building pre-sales tools, accelerators, and delivery frameworks.
- Proven record of social impact/CSR involvement (e.g., environment campaigns)
