JASARA PMC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Controller Officer to join our team. As a Quality Controller Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects and deliverables meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to implement quality control procedures and processes throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and report quality issues and recommend corrective actions
Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality control requirements
Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software tools
