- Provide day-to-day support and monitoring of business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Java and Oracle PL/SQL environments.
- Manage and support web services integrations (SOAP & REST).
- Conduct testing and validation of APIs using SoapUI or similar tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application deployments.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply fixes.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes using ITSM tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve application stability and resilience.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Java applications and debugging techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL (queries, procedures, performance tuning).
- Experience in Web Services (SOAP, REST) and testing tools like SoapUI.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments for application support.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts for troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing/issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
