- Bachelor's degree in civil or electrical engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in network deployment, implementation, and operations management.
- Skilled in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Hands-on experience with implementation, deployment, and handover of network systems.
- Strong track record of ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in management, reporting, and presentation to senior stakeholders
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
- PMP certification is a plus and will be considered an added advantage
