Position: Account ManagerLocation: Saudi ArabiaDuration: 12 MonthsJob Description:Description:The Account Manager for a recruitment company is a key position responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience, this professional acts as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. The role requires a blend of relationship management, sales acumen, and recruitment industry knowledge to maintain client satisfaction and achieve business targets.Roles and Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related needs.· Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring requirements, business goals, and workforce planning strategies.· Ensure timely communication and updates to clients regarding recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate feedback.Strategic Account Management· Develop and implement account management strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.· Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing accounts (e.g., upselling or cross-selling additional recruitment solutions).· Monitor account performance using metrics such as revenue growth, placement success rates, and client satisfaction scores.Recruitment Delivery Oversight· Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.· Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned accounts, including job requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.· Address any challenges or concerns raised by clients during the recruitment process and provide effective solutions.Business Development· Actively identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts or through referrals from existing clients.· Contribute to proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new projects or extend existing agreements.Market Insights· Stay updated on industry trends, labor market data, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.· Share insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices to help clients make informed decisions.Team Collaboration· Work closely with internal teams (e.g., recruiters, delivery managers) to ensure alignment with client expectations.· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account managers or recruiters to enhance team performance.QualificationsRequired:· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields.· Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management or recruitment within the staffing or HR solutions industry.· Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering exceptional client service.· Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation techniques, and workforce planning.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.· Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).· Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and manage account budgets effectively.
