- Develop and execute a structured quality audit plan for external healthcare providers.
- Conduct on-site audits covering clinical practices, patient safety, infection control, and service quality.
- Evaluate provider compliance with CBAHI, JCI, and Ministry of Health(MOH) standards and contractual obligations.
- Review provider performance indicators (KPIs), incidents, and patient feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare audit reports, scorecards, and dashboards summarizing key findings and trends.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions and follow up on timely implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to enhance compliance and clinical excellence.
- Ensure network clinics maintain readiness for CBAHI or other accreditation requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Provider Quality Monitoring Framework
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related clinical discipline.
- Master’s degree or certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
- Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare quality auditing, provider performance assessment, or compliance management.
- Proven experience in auditing hospitals, managed care providers, or external healthcare contractors.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (CBAHI, JCI, MOH).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of clinical quality, patient safety, and provider performance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, auditing, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and quality management systems (QMS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
