Job DescriptionOur client:A well-established food company is looking for a commercial finance leader to set up and drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) helping the business make smarter pricing, trade spending, and profitability decisions.Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function for the business.
Focus on improving pricing, trade spending, customer segmentation, and product mix to grow sales and profit.
Turn financial data into simple, practical actions that help the business grow today and in the future.
Lead and develop the RGM team, making sure processes run smoothly and deliver results.
Continuously improve ways of working by bringing in global best practices to boost performance and efficiency.

Your Profile;

10+ years of commercial finance experience, with proven success in leading RGM or similar revenue growth projects.
Industry background in consumer goods or food is a must.
Strong with numbers and data, able to work with different teams, and confident in influencing senior leadership.
