Company Overview:A leading company specialized in ceiling systems and fit-out solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to join its growing team in Riyadh. The company is known for delivering high-quality finishing materials and exceptional service across the Saudi market.Job Purpose:To drive sales activities within the building materials sector, promote ceiling and fit-out solutions, manage client relationships, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience and the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and decision-makers in the construction field
Promote the company’s ceiling and fit-out products to clients and partners
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential customers
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
Follow up on projects in various construction phases and ensure product specification
Achieve sales targets and report on market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field
5 to 12 years of sales experience in the building materials industry
Experience in fit-out/finishing works is preferred
Based in Riyadh
Valid and transferable Iqama
Valid Saudi driving license
