E-Commerce Supervisor

E commerce SupervisorKey Responsibilities:

Managing and motivating a team responsible for tasks like picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of online orders, including addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.

Maintaining accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing, as well as optimizing website performance and user experience.

Working with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.

Implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, including promotional campaigns, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests promptly and effectively.

Ensuring e-commerce operations comply with platform policies, legal requirements, and security protocols.

Working with other teams (Finance, marketing, product, logistics, IT) to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.Skills & Qualifications:

5 years of working experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, etc.).
Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like AMAZON seller central, AMAZON vendor central, NOON sellers lab etc.
