- Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to enter and expand Interwood’s presence in the KSA’s mid-premium furniture and KDW fit-out segments.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and project managers to secure B2B fit-out projects.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with Pakistan HQ for design, production, and logistics coordination, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of Interwood in Dubai, representing the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform sales strategy.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in business development/sales within furniture, interior fit-out, construction, tiles, or related industries.
- Network: Established relationships with architects, contractors, developers in Riyadh/KSA.
- Knowledge: Understanding of project-based B2B sales cycles, tender processes, and fit-out industry requirements.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Mobility: Must have legal working status in KSA and be able to travel to Pakistan regularly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic/Urdu/Hindi is a plus.
