Location: Saudi ArabiaJob Description:The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring all maintenance, repair, and production activities are completed efficiently and safely. This role involves managing a team of technicians, scheduling work, maintaining equipment and tools, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate workshop staff and activities.
-Plan and schedule maintenance and repair tasks.
-Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
-Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
-Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
-Monitor equipment performance and arrange timely repairs.
-Prepare daily reports and updates for management.Requirements:
-Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering.
-3+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
