Cybersecurity Expert

• Develop, implement, and manage security protocols and policies to protect the organization's data and networks.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and remediate weaknesses.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, including conducting forensic analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
• Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees about cybersecurity risks and safe practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Security (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity risk assessment. vulnerability management, and data protection for IT systems.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ISO 27001, NIST, or similar cybersecurity frameworks
• Certification in one or more of the following: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to design and implement security policies, incident response procedures, and user access controls.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and network security.
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are preferred.
• Proficient in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during security incidents.
