Almotwr Group is a leading manufacturer in the concrete industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and solutions to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our team and lead our financial operations.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s goals, specifically tailored to the concrete manufacturing sector.
Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting of production costs, labor, and raw materials.
Oversee cost accounting practices, analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs, and provide insights for operational improvements.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.
Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for production activities and optimize inventory management.
Evaluate and recommend investments in technology and machinery to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Assess financial risks associated with market fluctuations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Mentor and lead the finance team, collaborating with production and operations managers to align financial goals with manufacturing objectives.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within the concrete or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and manufacturing accounting practices.
Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and accounting software relevant to manufacturing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
