Position: Production Engineer
Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer at a Metal works factory located in Alkharj, Saudi Arabia. The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating production activities in the factory. They will ensure that production schedules are met while ensuring cost-effectiveness and the highest quality standards. They will also oversee the production process and ensure that products are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality..
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or Diploma in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment and 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of workers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and procedures
