- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance activities on CHW pump systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair pump-related issues to ensure continuous operation.
- Monitor system performance and perform efficiency and performance verification tests.
- Execute vibration analysis and alignment tests to maintain mechanical integrity.
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and startup of new chilled water pumps and components.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to support troubleshooting and installation.
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues affecting system performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Proven experience in operation and maintenance of chilled water pumps (3+ years preferred).
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
- Proficient in vibration testing and alignment procedures.
- Solid understanding of chilled water circuits and system dynamics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as P&IDs, mechanical layouts, and pump datasheets.
- Familiarity with efficiency testing and performance verification standards.
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to best practices in O&M.
- Technical Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or related field.
- Experience in HVAC systems, utilities, or large-scale facility operations.
- Prior involvement in commissioning or retrofitting of chilled water systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of pump monitoring tools and CMMS systems.
