- Lead and manage BIM implementation (LOD 350+), clash detection, and constructability analysis.
- Develop and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to align with industry and project standards.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and ELV teams, ensuring seamless design integration.
- Oversee modular design, prefabrication strategies, and market-ready solutions for efficient execution.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes (SBC), Civil Defense, LEED/BREEAM, and smart building regulations.
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications.
- Provide technical support during construction, resolving design conflicts and maintaining project integrity.
- Support AI-driven design methodologies, digital twin modelling, and smart building integration.
- Develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) for design activities.
- Identify and mitigate design risks, constructability challenges, and regulatory compliance gaps.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 12-15+ years of experience in architectural design, BIM coordination, and project management.
- Proven experience in Saudi Arabia, with knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes.
- Expertise in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360) and modular design.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certifications are a plus.
- Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Riyadh if required.
