- Act as the primary coordinator between inspectors, technical heads, and the application developer.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate system issues, improvement requests, and functional gaps from end users.
- Track day-to-day system issues related to inspection reports, certificates, workflows, and data accuracy.
- Follow up with the developer on bug fixes, enhancements, and deployment updates.
- Support inspectors in the correct use of the application and ensure adherence to defined processes.
- Understand existing inspection, certification, and reporting workflows.
- Map operational processes into system tasks, workflows, and user requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify implemented changes.
- Maintain QA documentation, including procedures, work instructions, templates, and records.
- Control and update inspection logs, system records, and audit-related documents.
- Ensure document version control, traceability, and proper approvals.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
- Ability to work with both technical teams (developers) and field teams (inspectors).
- Basic understanding of QA systems and document control.
- Comfortable working with web-based applications and digital platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with follow-through capability.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, IT, or Business Administration.
- Experience in inspection, certification, QA, or compliance-driven environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO-based management systems (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience coordinating with software developers or IT vendors is preferred.
