- Design and produce high-quality graphics for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with company objectives and branding strategies.
- Ensure consistency in design across all marketing channels and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Utilize design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create original artwork and modify existing designs.
- Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design techniques to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance visual assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take constructive feedback.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
