The Campaign Manager oversees the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role involves close collaboration with creative, media buying, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with maximum impact.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience behavior.Plan and manage 360? campaigns across social media, email, paid media (Google Ads, Meta), and traditional channels.Create and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and KPIs.Coordinate internal teams and external vendors (creative, media, production).Brief creative teams and review deliverables for consistency and quality.Monitor campaign performance in real-time and implement optimization tactics.Analyze results, generate post-campaign reports, and present insights to stakeholders.Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.Test A/B variations of creatives, CTAs, and audience segments to maximize ROI.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or advertising.Strong knowledge of media planning, digital advertising, and analytics.Proficiency in campaign management tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot).Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex metrics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
