CNC Programmer – Automotive IndustryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our automotive manufacturing team. (Military Armored Vehicles) The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-precision parts, components, and tools used in vehicle manufacturing and assembly.
The below list is the basic requirement,
 3 Axis milling machines and horizontal lathes that also have bar feeders. Neway VM-740SA and Neway NL161 with FEDEK DH 65L S2 Bar feeder
 Parse a 3D file.
 Tool selection
 Tool holding
 Rouging
 Finishing
 Knowledge of cutting speeds, feeds, and material behaviour during machining
 Ability to test and prove programs on machines and make real-time edits
 Develop and write CNC programs using G-code and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, Fusion 360).
 Set up, test, and verify CNC programs on machining centers (e.g., 3-axis, 5-axis mills, lathes).
 Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to create efficient machining strategies.
 Optimize tool paths for speed, accuracy, and material efficiency.
 Troubleshoot programming issues and adjust parameters to maintain quality and dimensional tolerances.
 Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality control to ensure production goals are met.
 Maintain documentation for all programs and machining setups.
 Follow all safety standards and guidelines in the manufacturing environment.Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Edgecam, CATIA, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Experience with CNC machining equipment and tooling.
  • Familiarity with automotive materials such as aluminum, steel, and composites.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
  • Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 standards.
  • Understanding of automotive part inspection and quality control procedures.
Work Conditions:
  • Location: Riyadh - Kharj
  • Shifts: 8 hours per day – 6 days per week
