Chief Accountant

• A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to manage overall financial operations
• Responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning
• Key leadership role contributing to the company’s financial performance

• Lead and manage the accounting team and daily financial operations
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate records
• Implement and optimize accounting processes using Odoo ERP
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit processes
• Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency

• Minimum 10+ years of accounting experience
• Mandatory experience in the construction industry
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
• Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP system
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CPA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
