- Plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Act as the main point of contact for travel-related inquiries and provide guidance to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with Qiddiya's travel policy and budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain partnerships with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and services that benefit the company.
- Monitor and manage travel budgets, tracking expenses and providing reports to management.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and best practices to optimize travel processes.
- Assist in developing travel-related training sessions for employees on travel policies, procedures, and tools.
- Handle travel emergencies or changes swiftly and efficiently to minimize disruption.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Travel Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in travel management or corporate travel coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel management software and tools.
- Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and booking systems.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
