• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices.

• Skilled in handling inquiries, comments, and messages with professionalism and courtesy.

• Ability to work with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Senior Management) to coordinate posts and content.

• Understanding of the company’s culture and mission to ensure accurate representation to the audience.
