Job SummaryThe Fleet Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, ensuring fleet safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulations. The role involves scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle performance, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehiclesMonitor vehicle condition, usage, and performanceMaintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspectionsEnsure compliance with safety standards and local regulationsCommunicate with external service providers and negotiate repair costsTrack fuel usage and optimize fleet efficiencyRespond to breakdowns and arrange emergency repairsPrepare reports on fleet performance, costs, and downtimeManage spare parts inventory and maintenance suppliesSupport implementation of fleet management systemsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field (preferred)Proven experience in fleet maintenance or vehicle operationsStrong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance proceduresFamiliarity with fleet management softwareGood organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to analyze data and generate reportsSkillsProblem-solvingTime managementAttention to detailVendor managementTechnical understanding of vehiclesAl Rugaib’s business idea centers around enhancing everyday living through thoughtfully curated home environments, focusing on accessibility, variety, and reliability.
