We are seeking a Leasing Head to oversee property leasing activities within the logistics, warehousing & distribution sector in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven ability to manage leasing operations effectively.

Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Oversee lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation within the logistics & warehousing industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless property management and operations.
Prepare detailed reports on leasing activities, performance metrics, and market conditions.
Participate in negotiations to secure favourable lease terms for both the company and tenants.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members within the property department.
