Job Description:Job SummaryThe SAP Finance (FICO) Expert is responsible for leading the delivery of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions across large-scale projects. This includes managing end-to-end implementations, system optimizations, and support for core finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, and profit center management.The role requires hands-on configuration experience, strong knowledge of integration with other modules, and the ability to translate finance business requirements into system solutions.The candidate will engage directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to provide expert guidance, lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business and statutory requirements. Experience in S/4HANA Finance is expected.Key ResponsibilitiesLead FICO solution design and implementation across project lifecyclesGather and analyze business requirements for finance and controlling processesConfigure SAP FICO modules including FI-GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, and CO-PASupport integration with SD, MM, PS, and Treasury modulesManage data migration, reconciliation, and cutover for financial objectsCoordinate testing, validation, and user training activitiesProvide expert advice on local statutory and tax compliance (e.g., VAT, WHT)Ensure delivery of high-quality documentation and process mappingCollaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancementsMonitor SAP updates and manage impact of release changesDrive post-go-live support and system stabilizationRequired Qualifications & SkillsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information SystemsSAP certification in Financial Accounting and/or Management AccountingProfessional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plusProject Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferredExperience8–12 years of SAP FICO experience, with a focus on solution deliveryAt least 2 years in a managerial or lead consultant roleExperience in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations in complex environmentsHands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, etc.)Familiarity with local compliance and statutory reporting requirementsAt least 5 years of experience in the banking sectorTechnical & Functional SkillsStrong configuration skills across all FICO sub-modulesUnderstanding of end-to-end financial business processesExperience in financial close, reporting, and reconciliation processesIntegration knowledge with SD, MM, and Treasury modulesExposure to Central Finance, Group Reporting, or FPSL is an advantageAbility to write functional specifications and work with development teamsExperience with FIORI apps and S/4HANA-specific functionalitiesSoft SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflictsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailProven leadership, mentoring, and client-facing capabilitiesHigh accountability and ability to perform under pressureComfortable working across functions and managing cross-border teamsWork Environment & ConditionsDynamic consulting environment managing multiple concurrent projects and client engagementsTravel might be required within the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaGlobal collaboration across multiple time zones with international teamsRegular participation in virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, and training sessionsContinuous professional development through SAP certifications, training, and industry eventsHigh-paced environment requiring strong time management and prioritization skillsClient-facing responsibilities including presentations, workshops, and stakeholder managementAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
