The Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly Oracle Policy Automation) Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing business rules and policy models to automate decision-making processes. The role bridges business and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of organizational policies through Oracle's Intelligent Advisor platform.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into logical decision models using Oracle Intelligent Advisor.
Design and develop interview models and rulebases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document policy logic.
Integrate OIA solutions with external systems via web services (SOAP/REST).
Ensure consistency and reusability of rule components across projects.
Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment support.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support for implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor / OPA.
Strong understanding of rule language and policy modelling best practices.
Experience integrating with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Knowledge of XML, REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
