We are looking for a qualified and experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in structural works and interior fit-out, to lead our projects in the GCC region.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including structural and interior fit-out works.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, cost, and timeline targets are met.Monitor work progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve on-site technical issues.Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.Oversee budgeting, material planning, and resource allocation.Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in construction, with at least 10 years in the GCC managing structural and fit-out works.Proven track record of handling commercial or high-rise projects.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.In-depth knowledge of GCC construction regulations and standards.Proficiency in project management tools and MS OfficeInterested Candidates please respond to Below Google form and upload your detailed and CV's.
