Job DescriptionJob Summary:
The Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to help employees develop and improve their skills and knowledge within the organization.Job Responsibility:
- Design and develop training programs based on the organization's needs and goals.
- Implement training programs through various delivery methods such as classroom training, online learning, workshops, etc.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain training records and monitor employee progress and development.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in training and development is a plus.SkillsSkills:
