Dear AllWe are looking for Procurement Manager with minimum 12 years of procurement experience in EPC/LSTK oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on Saudi Aramco projects.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities for a Saudi Aramco LSTK project focused on the relocation of multiple water wells. This role includes procurement of submersible pumps, piping, electrical equipment, instrumentation & controls components, and associated services.The Procurement Manager will ensure timely sourcing, cost-effective purchasing, compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, and smooth coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Key Responsibilities:? Develop and implement the Procurement Management Plan in alignment with project objectives, timelines, and Saudi Aramco procurement policies.? Manage end-to-end procurement processes for equipment, materials, and services related to:o Submersible pumps and accessorieso Piping systems and fittingso Electrical equipment and cableso Instrumentation and control devices? Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial bids, negotiate contracts and purchase orders ensuring best value and compliance with specifications.? Coordinate with engineering, construction, and quality teams to review technical specifications, ensure procurement of compliant and certified materials.? Monitor supplier performance, lead supplier qualification, expediting, and follow-up on delivery schedules.? Oversee subcontractor procurement activities related to installation and commissioning services.? Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and company procurement procedures, including vendor registration and approvals.? Maintain procurement records, manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely handover of materials to site.? Manage procurement risks, cost control, and coordinate with project controls for accurate cost tracking.? Liaise with logistics and customs teams to ensure smooth importation and clearance of imported materials.? Lead procurement-related meetings, provide regular status reports, and escalate issues proactively.? Support project close-out activities related to procurement documentation and final vendor payments.Qualifications and Experience:? Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.? Minimum 12 years of procurement experience in EPC/LSTK oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on Saudi Aramco projects.? Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco procurement standards, contract types, and vendor management.? Proven track record in procurement of complex mechanical, electrical, instrumentation equipment in oil & gas sector.? Experience with contract negotiation, vendor evaluation, and supply chain risk management.? Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement software tools.Preferred Skills:? Aramco-approved procurement professional or familiarity with Aramco vendor registration and approval process.? Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.?
