- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in Saudi Arabia, aligning with Aviat’s product portfolio and the country’s digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within telecommunications; Oil & Gas, Defense, Utilities, and Private Networks, focusing on both product sales and high-value services.
- Own and grow key Aviat accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships, high satisfaction levels, and continuous pipeline development.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and service teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that address Saudi-specific customer requirements and compliance with local standards.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, highlighting Best Case, Commit, and Upside opportunities, while maintaining clear visibility on revenue conversion (BTR) timelines.
- Monitor and report market trends, competitor positioning, and procurement patterns to shape proactive sales strategies.
- Represent Aviat Networks at industry events, trade shows, and key customer forums to build Aviat’s profile, showcase differentiated solutions and drive demand generation.
- Actively manage and optimize local channel partnerships, ensuring partners are fully trained, aligned with Aviat’s positioning, and capable of navigating Saudi procurement processes, from limited tenders to direct awards.
- Work closely with post-sales and operations teams to guarantee seamless delivery, support, and customer experience, owning customer satisfaction metrics and driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain a Competitive Dashboard, regularly updating internal stakeholders on market intelligence and evolving customer needs, while advocating for product enhancements where required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in the KSA market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Previous revenue responsibility more than $10M with understanding of financial information
- Strong understanding of telecommunications and networking technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Articulate, strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior level audiences
- Superior professional presence and business acumen and able to establish key relationships with all decision makers.
- Diplomacy both internally and externally with partners and customers
- Ability to think outside the box to overcome political or technical objections
- Ability to meet and exceed sales revenue targets on a recurring basis
- Commercial thinker, with the ability to maximize revenue opportunities at every opportunity
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
