We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer service needs, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring smooth service operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and manage service appointments.
- Understand customer concerns and record detailed repair orders.
- Coordinate with department heads (Mechanical, Body Shop, and Procurement).
- Prepare service quotations and explain repairs to customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop.
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Familiarity with workshop or dealership management systems.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
