- • Support MEP technicians to undertake the Planned and Reactive tasks in the facility
- Support in the inspection and repair of equipment and machinery
- Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
- Undertake preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Liaising with contractors to support them in completing their tasks
- Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings
- Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped
- Conducting general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing plug sockets and light switches.
- Conduct general repairs, routine health and safety checks and other safety equipment works.
- Respond to emergency calls outside their normal hours (as required)
- • Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to use power and hand tools
