We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Specialist to join our team in Makkah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining efficient logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, and procedures.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.Track and manage shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.Communicate with clients and international partners regarding shipping schedules, documentation, and compliance.Ensure all export activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.Maintain and update records of all export transactions and relevant documentation.Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance) for smooth export operations.Assist in resolving shipping, invoicing, and customs issues as they arise.Monitor product classification, HS codes, and country-specific export requirements.Prepare periodic reports and suggest process improvements.Requirements:
Valid and transferable Iqama (Mandatory).Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.2+ years of experience in export operations or international logistics.Knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and international trade laws.Strong organizational and communication skills.Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle is a plus).
