Must have more than 5 years of experience in SF BIB (Business Integration Builder) or EC (Employee Central) & SAP HCM Payroll module.Must have at least 2 end to end project implementation experience in hybrid model EC & S4 HANACandidate should be aware of configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement and troubleshooting.Candidate should have good technical skills in ABAP & CPI integration.Must have good understanding EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration.Must have hands on experience field level mapping between EC & SAP HCMInvolved in end-to-end implementation project of SuccessFactors EC & S4 HANA PayrollAbility to handle BIB mapping and working closely with EC & Payroll consultants.Previous consulting experience is mandatoryStrong stakeholder management experienceMust have good communication/documentation skills
