- Lead the development of a massive staff accommodation project.
- Manage projects through all development phases, from feasibility analysis and design coordination to pre-construction and contractor selection.
- Own the P&L and be accountable for the success of the project from start to finish.
- Navigate stage gate processes effectively, ensuring seamless approvals and alignment with Qiddiya’s overall development strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including design teams, consultants, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, clearly communicating project vision, progress, and business cases to senior leadership and external partners.
- Stay ahead of market trends, incorporating best practices in residential development to enhance livability and long-term value.
- Bachelor's degree or master's in Real Estate, Architecture, Business Finance or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years working as a Development Manager in early phases of real estate development
- Experience working on residential or housing developments
- Experience working on villas and/or townhouses
- Experience conducting feasibility studies
- A strong portfolio of successfully managed projects (ideally from start to finish)
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks
- Excellent presentation skills with Powerpoint
