- Deliver MEP design elements in line with business plans, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Lead and manage MEP design teams across multiple projects, ensuring technical accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary contact for all MEP-related design matters, engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Present KPIs and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Advise on procurement strategies, contracts, and compliance for MEP systems and installations.
- Recommend improvements in design processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and technical excellence in all phases of design and execution.
- Support business development and deliver technical training programs on MEP systems.
- Ensure all design works comply with codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and carbon-conscious practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in MEP design management for large-scale, high-value developments.
- Strong understanding of design governance, compliance standards, and procurement strategies.
- Experience working in the Middle East with eligibility for Saudi visa and client approval.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary design teams.
