- Translate telecom service orders into detailed civil engineering requirements.
- Conduct technical civil assessments to determine suitability for fulfilling telecom orders.
- Perform structural analysis to verify the safety and integrity of existing infrastructure for accommodating additional services.
- Prepare commercial invoices for specific service orders prior to the implementation phase.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client agreements.
- Maintain comprehensive network records and conduct periodic updates and audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate structural risks to prevent design errors, material failures, and compliance issues.
- Produce final design attributes, including (but not limited to) EPA, structure capacity, and future feasibility.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; MBA is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of telecommunication s industry standards, including TIA-222.
- Proven expertise in tower design and specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Guy-Mast (or equivalent), STAAD Pro, and MS Office applications.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
