Senior Goods Flow Supervisor is overseeing the efficient flow of goods within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our stores and customers.This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to optimize the goods flow operations and contribute to the overall success of the business.Responsibilities:

Oversee the goods flow operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products in accordance with company standards and procedures
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the goods flow process, minimize lead times, and reduce costs
Lead and manage a team of goods flow associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock levels by conducting regular audits and implementing replenishment plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to forecast demand and plan for seasonal fluctuations
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to goods flow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and technology to enhance goods flow efficiency and accuracy
