We believe in business excellence and through innovative manufacturing technologies, we offer the best products at competitive prices to our customers.Analyst II, PlanningAn exciting opportunity is available Production Planning Analyst, based in Dammam KSA who will report directly to Operations Manager.Summary:We are seeking for a motivated Production Planning Analyst who will be responsible to prepares production forecasts in coordination with key material supplies to ensure optimal capacity planningIn this role, you will be responsible of:

Provides analysis and data reports to management, other departments and internal/external auditors as required
Communicates production targets based on S/OP requirements; highlights critical variances to plan to enable early re-calibration
Coaches production colleagues to ensure the importance of production schedules and data accuracy is well understood
Fosters effective relationships between Production and Supply Chain to ensure the production planning process operates smoothly
Hosts local production planning meetings and produces meeting notes; documents, monitors and reports on agreed actions
Maintains the PP module in SAP and ensures that all required production data is entered accurately and on a timely basis
Monitors raw material supply agreements and inventories; ensures SAP raw material stock records are accurate
Prepares production forecasts in coordination with key materials supplies to ensure optimal capacity planning - medium term

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience
3 years experience with Degree or 8 years experience with Diploma is desirable
