We are looking for a Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by managing and optimizing our Marketing performance.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to optimize campaign performance and enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will oversee the CRM program to ensure effective customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
Optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, and social media
Conduct A/B testing and analysis to continuously improve campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign targeting and messaging
Manage customer segmentation and develop personalized marketing campaigns
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance
Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer journey and enhance the customer experience

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Proficiency in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
